Event log panel shows all events that occurred during work sessions.
To open a new Event log panel, go to Terminal -> Event log.
The entire log is displayed as a table with the following fields:
- Type – type of event.
- Date – date and time of event.
- Event – name of event.
- Message – text of event message.
To set a time period for the roundtrip, click on and choose from the following time filters:
To choose types of events to display in the log, click on button:
- Comment – show all comments. To leave a comment, open context menu and check Add comment (Edit comment, Remove comment). All comments are displayed in white color.
- Exception – show all problems happened during work sessions. All exceptions are displayed in white color.
- System – show all server connection problems.
- Trading – show all trading operations. The following colors are used for trade logs:
- white – all unconfirmed requests.
- green – created orders.
- red – removed orders.
- orange – for refused orders.
- yellow – for filled orders.
- Updater – show all information about system updates.
To report any logs to support team, select the logs you want to send: press and hold Ctrl to select multiple rows; if you want to select items that are adjacent, use Shift key (click the first item, then press and hold shift key, click the last item and release the shift key). Then right-click anywhere within the panel to open context menu and select Send Report. Standard feedback form will pop up.
To clear the Event log, right-click anywhere within the panel to open context menu and select Clear:
Clearing the Event log doesn't delete any data, it just clears the current Event log panel.
